By identifying the forms of sexual harassment, you learn that it’s illegal, and perpetrators can be held accountable for their illicit actions, which can be taken into criminal and civil court. Also, it helps lawmakers categorize the different forms of sexual harassment. Women often experience being harassed in the workplace, making it challenging to complete their job duties and responsibilities. Even though it’s unfortunate for women working in the workplace, these forms will help them identify and take legal action against sexual harassment.
