Gwynedd Mercy University and Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary have completed a property agreement, and construction which allows the seminary to relocate to GMercyU’s campus in Lower Gwynedd. The sale includes 15 acres of land and two buildings, with phase two being finalized this past Spring of 2023. This collaboration marks a significant step for both institutions while maintaining their separate identities and missions. The project has been made possible by a generous $3 million gift from the Maguire Foundation.
