During the week of October 20th-25th, The Transfer Admissions Counselors led by Emma Spangler and Kim Cooney, put on an event to appreciate transfer students here at Gwynedd Mercy.
During National Transfer Student Week, faculty set up swag tables, held giveaways, offered free coffee and food items, and held a Career Development expo to extend a hand and appreciate transfer students. Transfer Admissions counselor Emma Spangler, herself a transfer student from Montgomery County Community College, talked about the great reward her job offers to both herself and incoming Gwynedd students, along with her motivation for appreciating transfers here at Gwynedd. Transfer students Mike Storti, Noah Waldron, and Brady Belfus spoke on their experience attending the transfer week events and how their own experience of transferring to GMercyU has been.
